position/job purpose

this position will directly support the execution of the annual audit plan, contributing to the efficient development of the various audits through information analysis, the execution of tests and the follow-up of observations, optimizing the performance of the area and the quality of the work carried out.

key roles and responsibilities

support the planning and execution of audits included in the annual internal audit plan. Gather, analyze, and document relevant information on the audited processes. Execute control and substantive tests under the supervision of the lead auditor. Document findings, evidence, and working papers according to the area's methodology. Follow up on observations and action plans resulting from previous audits. Support the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management and committees. Collaborate on regulatory, operational, and compliance audits, including aml matters.

experience and knowledge

bachelor's degree completed or in progress in accounting, finance, business administration,



economics, actuarial science, engineering, or a related field. 1 to 3 years of experience in internal or external auditing, internal control, accounting, regulatory compliance, or related areas. Experience in international accounting firms or entities in the financial sector (banks, insurance companies, etc.) is desirable. General knowledge of the financial sector, including: international financial reporting standards (ifrs). Financial and operational risks. Internal control. Anti-money laundering (aml/cml). Investments (desirable). Basic it knowledge and understanding of technological controls (desirable). Proficiency in microsoft office (intermediate excel preferred).
