about the role

we're looking for a graphic designer to join our fast-paced e commerce marketing agency. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, creative professional with experience in digital marketing design who can deliver high-quality visuals optimized for paid advertising, email marketing, and conversion-focused landing pages. The adecuado candidate has at least 4 years of experience in graphic design and is ready to take on the demands of a results-driven environment while maintaining a high standard of creative excellence.

key responsibilities:

design high-performing paid ad creatives (static and motion) for platforms like meta, tik tok, and google.

develop compelling email designs that enhance engagement and drive conversions.

create landing page visuals that are optimized for user experience and conversion rate optimization.

design social media content (posts, stories, ads) that align with client brand guidelines.

work closely with the creative team, media buyers, and account managers to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

maintain brand consistency across all assets for multiple clients in diverse industries.

assist in content planning, wireframing, and storyboarding to enhance creative strategies.

implement design best practices to improve performance based on data-driven feedback.

requirements:





4+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.

proficiency in adobe creative suite (photoshop, illustrator, xd, in design, etc.).

experience with graphic design tools and stock asset libraries (e.g., canva, freepik, figma, etc.)

experience designing direct-response marketing assets for paid media campaigns, email, and web.

understanding of performance marketing principles, including ad creative testing and optimization.

a keen eye for branding, typography, and user-centered design.

ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

basic knowledge of figma or web design tools is a plus.

experience with video editing or motion graphics is a strong bonus.

must have access to adobe creative suite and necessary design tools, as this is a contractor position, even if full-time.
