about the job: the role is responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end recruitment processes, delivering best-in-class candidate experiences, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. It drives operational excellence by optimizing workflows, tools, and methodologies, while strengthening employer branding and standardizing practices across recruiting teams.

bachelor's degree in psycology, administration or similars.

advanced degree or professional certification in human resources, talent acquisition orgaizational psycology or similars-

minimum of 8 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
experience designing, implementing, and delivering recruitment processes and training
proven experience leading talent acquisition projects or initiatives
demonstrated ability to analyze recruiting data and translate insights into process improvements
advanced knowledge of recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies
experience identifying talent acquisition challenges and implementing effective solutions
working knowledge of applicable local employment laws and regulations impacting recruitment and hiring practices
fluente english
proven ability to collaborate and partner on cross-functional initiatives within a large, integral organization
strong verbal and written communication skills in english
strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
experience using oracle recruiting cloud or similar applicant tracking system (ats)




experience using tableau or similar tools for data analysis and reporting
professional proficiency in portuguese
professional proficiency in spanish

drive talent acquisition operational excellence
own the creation and execution of end-to-end recruitment process training, including sourcing, selection, hiring, and onboarding.
ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations through education, audits, and ongoing monitoring.
ensure consistent use of established employment branding across recruiting teams.
design and implement processes that deliver a best-in-class candidate experience with clear expectations at every stage of the hiring lifecycle.
drive operational excellence through continuous improvement of recruitment workflows, tools, and practices.
partner with talent acquisition and hr leaders to identify and implement system updates and enhancements.
recommend and implement process improvements related to oracle recruiting cloud.

applicant tracking system support – oracle recruiting cloud
partner with the oracle recruiting cloud (orc) product owner and it to support continuous system optimization.




translate talent acquisition process initiatives into clear business requirements and coordinate priorities with hrit and the product owner.
collaborate with the product owner to evaluate orc functionality, recommend solutions, and drive process improvements for ta and hr teams.
organize and maintain centralized, original, and translated documentation for talent acquisition and it partners.
ensure ta documentation and training resources are current, accessible, and aligned with system updates.

project management & change leadership
lead and support talent acquisition projects from planning through execution.
serve as a subject matter expert (sme) for talent acquisition processes, systems, and training initiatives.
develop and deliver consistent, clear communication related to talent acquisition programs, projects, and system changes.
communicate applicant tracking system updates clearly and effectively to impacted stakeholders.

leverage data and analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement within talent acquisition processes.
own data integrity by ensuring systems and tools are used correctly to support accurate, reliable talent acquisition reporting.
