we are seeking an experienced program manager to lead the successful transition of leading the successful transition of new products from design into stable, cost-effective, and scalable mass production. This role provides end-to-end ownership of product industrialization, ensuring manufacturing readiness, launch quality, cost targets, and on-time start of production. It serves as the primary interface between engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain , driving disciplined phase-gate execution, early risk mitigation, and cross-functional alignment to deliver predictable product launches without disrupting ongoing production.
this role provides full ownership of new product launches, ensuring manufacturing readiness, cost control, quality performance, and on-time start of production (sop).

key responsibilities
lead end-to-end new product introduction (npi) programs.
serve as the single point of accountability for launch readiness, timing, cost, and quality.
manage phase-gate execution (prototype → pilot → ramp-up → sop).
coordinate engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain.
drive risk mitigation and milestone tracking.
ensure equipment, tooling, staffing, and process readiness before sop.
oversee dfmea, pfmea, control plans, ppap / fai approvals.
manage supplier qualification and ramp-up.
protect current production from launch disruptions.
drive continuous improvement in time-to-market and first-pass yield.
about you - program manager
~8–10+ years of experience in program management, npi, or industrialization
~ engineering degree (required)
~ strong experience in manufacturing environments (automotive preferred)
~ advanced knowledge of: lean manufacturing
~ core tools (apqp, ppap, fmea, spc, msa)
~ iatf 16949 ideally
~ production control & in-line manufacturing and program management
~ proven cross-functional leadership skills
~ experience managing scope, schedule, cost, and risk
~ erp knowledge (epicor desirable)
~ bilingual: english & spanish
~ local to the monterrey site
~ strong executive-level communication skills
