about the role
we are looking for a proactive and organized onboarding coordinator to support new hires throughout their onboarding process. You will ensure a seamless experience from offer acceptance to orientation while maintaining consistent communication and follow-up.
key responsibilities:
- guide new hires through the onboarding process (documents, requirements, next steps) - provide virtual support and answer questions - track onboarding progress and follow up consistently - ensure candidates complete all requirements before orientation - schedule and reschedule orientation sessions - coordinate with internal teams and notify when candidates are cleared
