Warehouse supervisor as a warehouse supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work with a cross-functional team, this position is responsible for leading / managing / developing the staff and resources responsible for optimizing and managing raw materials & supplies in a cost / quality / service effective manner. The position is design to lead and set strategies related to the receiving, warehousing, cycle counting, and inter plant transferring of all of mexico national pen inventory, oversee the proper optimization and resources for warehousing. Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency — with customer satisfaction the primary goal — by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals. Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods. Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals. Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics. Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations. Supervise daily warehouse activities, including inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity. Schedule and oversee warehouse team and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime. Inspect equipment,



tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary. Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention. Own and drive operational adherence to the inventory control policies established within the business objectives. Work with supply chain manager and buyers to standardize inventory processes. Responsible for the optimization and kpi's regarding inventory control and expense budgets of the mexico warehouses (internal & external) manage the inventory/cycle count team who perform daily cycle counts, monthly or yearly physical inventory and inventory reconciliations. Lead and/or partner to drive cross-functional inventory optimization projects from idea to implementation & execution. Participate in annual budget activities. Drive and initiate warehouse automation and warehouse cost improvements. - control and improve the return material to warehouse and supermarket from production. Management and control the replenishment of material from supermarket on time. 5+ warehouse supervisor experience strong computer skills in microsoft office and excel required; skills in sequel or erp related. (oracle) previous manufacturing industry experience with strong working knowledge of erp required.
