are you a seasoned clinical operations leader ready to drive excellence in global clinical research?

drox, a texas-based clinical research organization, is seeking a head of clinical operations to lead and oversee the successful execution of all clinical studies across our portfolio. This executive-level role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, profitability, and outstanding sponsor satisfaction while leading multidisciplinary clinical teams. What you'll do

lead and oversee the execution of phase i–iv clinical studies.

ensure compliance with ich-gcp, fda, ema, and cofepris regulations.

manage clinical operations, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

oversee clinical project managers, cras, clinical trial assistants, site managers, monitors, and patient recruitment teams.

drive risk management and issue escalation.

maintain oversight of monitoring activities and clinical sites.

build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and vendors.

ensure inspection readiness and successful audit outcomes. What we're looking for

bachelor's degree in medicine, pharmacy, nursing, biology, health sciences, or a related field (master's degree preferred).

10+ years of experience in clinical research.

at least 5 years leading clinical operations teams.

experience within cros and/or sponsors managing multicenter, global,



phase i–iv clinical studies and medical device trials.

strong expertise in clinical project management, ctms, edc, budget management, and risk-based monitoring.

deep knowledge of ich-gcp, fda, ema, and cofepris regulations. Success in this role means delivering
