requirements:

- degree in engineering, preferably in industrial, mechanical, or related fields.
- certifications: pmp (project management professional)
- advanced english (ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing).
- experience : 5 to 8 years of experience managing complex projects end-to-end.
- experience managing cross-functional and international teams across multiple locations and time zones.
- experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, engineering, or industrial projects.
- project management methodologies: advanced proficiency in scrum, kanban, agile, waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
- digital tools: expert-level experience with project management software such as asana, jira,



monday.com, microsoft project, or trello.
- exceptional leadership and communication skills.

responsibilities:

- lead and manage complex projects from planning to execution.
- coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
- develop and maintain project schedules, identifying and mitigating risks.
- ensure compliance with quality standards and applicable regulations.
