position overview

we are seeking an international sales specialist to support the general growth of our metal packaging division.

this role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, supporting international distributors and customers, managing commercial projects, and driving sales growth across international markets. The position offers significant exposure to global customers, international travel, and career development opportunities.

key responsibilities

develop new business opportunities in international markets. Manage and support distributors, agents, and global customers. Provide technical-commercial support and customer follow-up. Participate in quotations, negotiations, and commercial projects. Coordinate with technical service, operations, supply chain,



and production teams. Represent interlub at customer visits, trade shows, and industry events. Travel internationally to support business development initiatives.

qualifications

bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, international business, or related fields. 3+ years of experience in international sales, business development, or industrial b2 b markets. Advanced english proficiency. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Availability for international travel. Experience with crm and commercial reporting tools.
