we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sap techno-functional coordinator to serve as the key liaison between our local operations in mexico and our global erp organization. This strategic position will play a critical role in supporting sap s/4 hana/ecc initiatives, coordinating business requirements, driving erp process improvements, and ensuring successful collaboration between local users, north america stakeholders, and our corporate it team.

this role is ideal for professionals who combine strong sap technical and functional expertise with excellent communication skills and a passion for business process optimization in a manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities

act as the primary sap coordinator for all erp-related activities at the matamoros facility. Support sap s/4 hana and sap ecc implementation, rollout, enhancement, stabilization, and support projects. Serve as the bridge between local business users and global erp teams. Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications. Provide first-level sap and edi support for end users. Coordinate issue resolution, ticket management, and system troubleshooting. Lead user acceptance testing (uat), integration testing, and go-live support activities. Deliver user training and support process adoption initiatives. Maintain process documentation, sops, knowledge transfer documents, and issue logs. Collaborate with global teams across mexico, north america, and india. Support process standardization, erp optimization, and digital transformation initiatives. Qualifications education bachelor's degree required. Master's degree or mba preferred.



Experience 5–10 years of experience supporting sap s/4 hana or sap ecc environments. Experience in manufacturing industry erp environments. Proven experience in sap implementation, support, rollout, or stabilization projects. Experience working with general teams and remote erp support structures. Exposure to edi processes, transaction monitoring, and troubleshooting is highly desirable. Technical skills
