**Position Responsibilities**:
- Ensure the technology competence by leading and motivating qualified employees.
- Take ownership of production process and machine optimization to enhance efficiency.
- Manage machines upgrades, both in software and hardware, to keep pace with technological advancements.
- Evaluate the cost of the production line manufacturing. Provide technological solutions that contribute to cost effective.
- Collaborate with immediate and next-level supervisors on additional tasks to provide comprehensive support.
**Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree: Major in Mechatronics Engineering or related.
- At least 5 years work experience with plastic automation equipment, 10 years is plus.
- Plastic mold basic knowledge
- A solid understanding of mechanical components, plastics, metals, and related materials.
- Extensive hands-on experience in operating Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for industrial robots,



including brands such as KUKA, Fanuc, and Yaskawa.
- Knowledge of automation equipment is essential for the molding process. A thorough understanding of robotic arms, five-axis robots, end-of-arm tools and fixtures, automated visual inspection systems, and insert molding process equipment is required.
- Demonstrates strong capability in evaluating pricing for automation line quotations.
- Demonstrate expertise in Gemba improvement and possess strong problem-solving skills to drive operational enhancements.
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills to facilitate seamless coordination across teams.
- Positive and optimistic attitude.
- Fluent in English to enable effective communication in international work environments.
