**Engineering and Architectural Finishes Company**
We are seeking a bilingual **Drafter and Estimator** with at least 5 years of experience who combines technical expertise, attention to detail, and an aesthetic sensibility. This role is essential in translating concepts into executable plans and accurate cost estimates, ensuring projects progress efficiently with both functionality and visual excellence.
From lightweight structures to high-end finishes, the Drafter and Estimator will serve as the key link between design, execution, and budgeting, collaborating closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure every technical and aesthetic detail is carefully planned.
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare detailed technical drawings for engineering and architectural finishes projects, including walls, ceilings, partitions, furniture, cladding, and other construction elements.
- Estimate quantities, timelines, and costs based on technical specifications, architectural plans, and site visits.
- Interpret structural and architectural drawings to propose viable and efficient construction solutions.
- Create 2D and 3D renders and visualizations for presentations, bids, and design validation.
- Support the preparation of commercial proposals and technical documentation for clients and contractors.
- Monitor design adjustments, scope changes,



and cost control throughout the project.
- Coordinate with suppliers to validate material availability and specifications.
- Attend site visits as needed for measurements or on-site verification.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical drafting and cost estimation within construction, engineering, or architectural finishes projects.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software such as Revit, SketchUp, or Lumion.
- Experience in producing renders and visual representations of projects.
- Solid knowledge of construction materials and systems.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) with the ability to read and interpret technical documentation in both languages.
- High level of precision, organization, and responsibility.
