Role Overview

The Global Corporate Real Estate Cmdty Buyer is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing the procurement of real estate-related services, construction projects, facility management contracts, leases, and associated vendor agreements. The role ensures cost-effective purchasing, compliance with company policies, risk mitigation, and the delivery of high-quality services that support business objectives.

In this general role, you will define and execute the procurement strategy for Corporate Real Estate, ensuring full alignment with FLS’s business objectives and driving value creation, innovation, and sustainability throughout the supply base.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership
- Define and implement the annual procurement strategy for Corporate Real Estate in line with integral business goals.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization,



innovation and risk mitigation.
- Lead cross-functional category councils and governance forums to ensure procurement initiatives support business priorities.

Sourcing & Project Execution
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for real estate and facilities-related categories.
- Lead competitive bidding processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP) for real estate services and projects.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers, contractors, consultants, and service providers.
- Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations throughout sourcing activities.
- Promote supplier diversity and sustainability initiatives in all sourcing processes

Contract & Supplier Management
- Oversee the full contract lifecycle—drafting, negotiation, execution, and renewal.
