What You Will Do
- Design, implement, and manage production processes for the Optical Connectivity segment.
- Design, quote, and optimize tooling and peripherals required for manufacturing.
- Document standard processes and train operational staff according to the guidelines of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Develop line balancing projects and improve standard times.
- Carry out the technical implementation of engineering changes.
- Design and optimize production layouts.
- Introduce new technologies and methods into manufacturing processes.
- Actively support 5S, EHS, Quality, and Lean programs by adhering to all approved practices and procedures, participating in cleaning activities, and proposing improvements.
- Fulfill the responsibilities and authorities specified in the control plans associated with the position.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Who You Are (Basic Requirements)
- Degree in Industrial, Mechatronic, Photonic Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering, New Product Introduction, or product engineering on fiber optic projects.
