Role Overview:

Efficiently manage the resources of the business unit in charge to deliver products on time and at low cost,



complying with the required quality and safety standards; contributing to the achievement of the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and environmental policies and programs, quality and corporate systems.
- Establish the manufacturing plans necessary for the fulfillment of the Business Unit's objectives such as safety, quality, on-time delivery, costs, employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Efficiently manage human resources, machinery and equipment to meet customer demand with the required quality and costs.
- Ensure the implementation of continuous improvement plans in production, manufacturing, quality and cost processes.
- Identify together with their collaborators the training needs and career plan of the personnel under their charge, to improve the levels of competence and ensure the implementation of the development plans in collaboration with HR
- Coordinate the multidisciplinary team
