Project Assistant, IDEA
Location: Office-based three days/ week
This position is primarily responsible for the administrative aspects of a clinical trial in support of the Endpoint Adjudication and/or Data Monitoring Committee Project Manager.
What you will be doing- Assists the Project Manager with the development of project specific processes and Procedure Manual, as needed.-
- Communicates with the study team (i.e. sites, CRAs, Committee Members) as directed by the Project Manager.- Assists with project specific process/system training for study team (i.e. sites, CRAs, Committee Members), as directed by Project Manager.- Generates and distribute project reports as directed by Project Manager.- Assists Project Manager with generating agenda and meeting minutes as needed.- Maintains all aspects of project tracking (ie endpoints, site queries, documents) as directed by the Project Manager..- Facilitates document translation as necessary.

- Ability to interact effectively and professionally with various levels of study team for both internal and external departments, vendors, and committee members.- Organizational,



time management, and problem solving skills- Documentation and communication skills- Computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)- Fluent in written and verbal English
