**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct the collection process for the assigned accounts receivable portfolio, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding payments.
Engage with clients to confirm payment statuses, proactively preventing overdue accounts.
Maintain constant communication with operational and sales teams as needed to gather support documentation for services provided, facilitating accurate billing processes.
Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
Ensure timely delivery of invoices and necessary documentation to clients, reinforcing our commitment to reliable service.




Communicate promptly with supervisors and managers regarding any issues that may impact timely revenue recognition.
Prepare and send account statements to clients as part of the collection efforts.
Perform various administrative tasks related to the credit and collection process, ensuring all records are maintained accurately.
Adhere to the established procedures and policies of CEVA, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulations.
