**Responsibilities**:
- Complete production processes flawlessly according to your training from your production leader, supervisor, or designee.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including the accurate use of clothing and safety equipment.
- Report any issues related to quality, efficiency, safety, or tools to your supervisor or line leader.




- Meet production standards consistently.
- Assist line leaders and supervisors during ISO 9000, ISO 13485, and CFR audits, as required.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support organizational goals.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively.
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fundamental understanding of safety regulations and standard methodologies.
