**Objective**:
Responsible for the execution/develop of manufacturing controls. Work will be performed in a centralized manufacturing engineering activity or assembly/plant activity where a considerable amount of creativity and initiative is exercised as well as a high level of independent judgment.
**Responsibilities**:
- New program implementation/execution (SOR prep, forecasting, controls/robotics design, equipment build/run-off and buyoff)
- Design, construction, integration, plant installation, successful launch and continuous improvement
- Maintaining awareness of new controls technologies (PLC, HMI, networks, robot, vision)
of equipment and tools required in plants for the production of high quality parts
- Managing deliveries to program timing milestones
- Providing project report outs to senior management
- Existing program/site support (troubleshooting, etc.)
- Providing technical direction to less experienced controls engineers.
- Designing and troubleshooting of electrical controls systems
- Work may involve development and testing of advanced process technology

**Required Skills**:
- **Education**:Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related Engineering **English**:Advanced Intermediate (Conversational)
- **Experience**:3 years in controls, robotics projects, and programming
- **Software**:Management of Siemens software, Allen Bradley, FANUC 3D, Vision Cognex, Matrox, Keyence 3D, TIA Portal.
