**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**:
**ENGLISH ADVANCED**
- Disciplinary and/or functional management of employees
- Responsible for resource planning in the assigned area
- Carrying out and implementing analyses of the layout and material flows as well as optimisation measures, working in collaboration with the Corporate Unit and whilst complying with company standards and best practice
- Processing all logistics-related matters arising in new projects
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with, and the creation of, packaging concepts for raw materials, interim products and finished goods in coordination with Purchasing, Production and Sales
- Ensuring that packaging is correctly calculated based on information from the suppliers/customers




- Assisting with training sessions for Supply Chain and Logistics focussing on the warehouse, material handling and goods receipt and dispatch, as well as training sessions for the MRP Controllers focussing on the use and implementation of SAP
- Ensuring that quality complaints relating to the supply chain and logistics are followed up
- Complying with and ensuring continuous improvements relating to the supply chain and logistics
- Helping to achieve the company's targets and reduce costs by initiating, analysing and carrying out projects that create value
