This Position reports to:
HSE Specialist
**Your role and responsibilities (mandatory)**
The work model for the role is: #LI-OnSite
This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Reporting HSE incidents to the management and relevant stakeholders and taking appropriate actions.
- Facilitating, assisting, and providing guidance on incident investigations to learn better ways for mitigating risks.




- Providing feedback to the management and employees on lessons learned and best practices from within their own unit and across ABB.
- Supporting and driving behavioral change through the local implementation of group-wide and business-specific performance improvement programs and practices.
**Qualifications for the role (mandatory)**
- Bachelor's degree in sustainability, administrative, or industrial engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in similar roles as HSE Specialist.
- Knowledge of sustainability and energy efficiency.
- Experience with ISO 14000, 45000, and 50000.
- Legal requirements in clean industry and government procedures.
- Experience servicing production lines in HSE and sustainability matters.
- Advanced English level.
