As a Manufacturing Supervisor Final Assembly our team, you’ll
In your daily job you will:
- Know the release reports based on the minimum quality requirements matrix.
- Know the product inspection frequency indicated based on the quality requirements matrix.
- Master and comply with the Labor Efficiency, Production Adherence, and DPMU metrics.
- Monitor production objectives and the performance of employees in charge.
**YOUR BACKGROUND**
- Completed engineering or bachelor's degree
- Basic English
- Experience in a similar manufacturing position
- Data analysis
- Team management
- Effective communication
- Problem solving
- Decision making
- Conflict management
