About the Opportunity

Intugo, in partnership with a foreign company specializing in project-based operations, is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual Purchasing Specialist to support purchasing and procurement activities.

This position is adecuado for someone with experience sourcing materials, equipment, tools, or operational supplies who is comfortable communicating with vendors, comparing pricing, managing purchase orders, coordinating deliveries, and keeping accurate purchasing records.

The successful candidate will work closely with different internal teams to make sure required materials and equipment are purchased at competitive prices and delivered according to operational needs and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Request, review, and compare quotations from different suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, availability, delivery dates, and purchasing conditions.
- Source materials, tools, equipment, and other operational supplies based on internal requisitions.
- Create, issue,



and follow up on purchase orders.
- Monitor pending purchases and delivery dates to prevent operational delays.
- Coordinate deliveries and pickups with suppliers and internal teams.
- Identify items with extended lead times and communicate potential delays in advance.
- Compare purchasing and rental alternatives for tools or equipment when necessary.
- Maintain organized purchasing documentation and records.
- Keep purchasing trackers, spreadsheets, and internal reports accurate and up to date.
- Communicate with accounting regarding vendor quotations, invoices, and purchasing documentation.
- Maintain professional relationships with current suppliers and identify alternative vendors when needed.
- Evaluate suppliers based on pricing, reliability, availability, and service.
- Provide updated pricing information to internal teams when requested.
