Controlar el flujo de entrada de agave al proceso de manera continua, manteniendo un nivel constante de agave molido en el difusor y vigilando que las condiciones del agave sean las adecuadas para la correcta operación del sistema.
Tener conocimiento de la meta diaria de producción y darle seguimiento en conjunto con los
Operadores de Minicargador cumpliendo con las velocidades o flujos de alimentación de
agave requerido. Mantener un flujo constante a lo largo de su turno, evitando altas y bajas
que pueden afectar la contuidad del proceso.
De manera permanente deberá estar atento a la calidad del agave que es alimentado al
proceso, procurando que objetos extraños o agave de notable mala calidad lleguen a los
molinos.
Realizar la limpieza del área de trabajo aplicando el Plan Maestro de Limpieza. Realizar la
recolección periódica del Agave que se encuentre disperso e incorporarlo a la molienda
