Production Planner
Location: Villahermosa, Tabasco, Mexico
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage integrated production schedules for Oil & Gas operations.
Coordinate activities across Production, Operations, Finance, Contracts, Logistics, and Engineering.
Prepare and manage project budgets, scope, risks, resources, and schedules.
Monitor operational progress and implement corrective actions when required.
Support short-, medium-, and long-term production planning strategies.
Integrate production, reservoir, and financial data to support decision-making.
Develop and track operational KPIs and performance reports.
Lead cross-functional teams through collaboration, influence, and effective communication.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum Engineering, or a related discipline.
PMP Certification or equivalent preferred.
Experience
~ Minimum 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas production operations.
~3-5 years of experience in production planning and operational scheduling.
~ Proven experience in budget management, risk assessment, and project scope control.
~ Strong knowledge of production operations, reservoir concepts, and financial drivers with
