Social Media & Creative Strategist
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Social Media & Creative Strategist to own our social media strategy, content operations, and creative direction.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can think strategically while also executing. The adecuado candidate has experience building social media strategies, developing compelling content ideas, guiding creative production, and ensuring content consistently reflects the brand's voice and goals.
You will work closely with leadership, content creators, and video editors to develop high-quality social content, optimize performance, and build a stronger digital presence.
This role is not focused only on managing calendars or delegating tasks. We are looking for someone who can take ownership, execute independently, and help shape the overall content strategy.
What You'll Do
- Own the company's social media strategy and day-to-day content operations.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across social platforms.
- Develop content ideas, campaigns, and storytelling angles.




- Create creative briefs for video editors and content creators.
- Review videos and provide actionable feedback before publishing.
- Coordinate multiple video editors to ensure consistent quality and messaging.
- Research competitors, industry trends, and emerging content formats.
- Work with leadership to identify key stories worth sharing.
- Transform long-form content, events, and interviews into engaging social content.
- Collaborate on both organic and paid social initiatives, particularly for Meta platforms.
- Analyze content performance and recommend improvements based on results.
- Develop new creative concepts, hooks, and messaging for both organic and paid campaigns.
- Help increase the volume and quality of content produced across channels.
