Foster psychological safety and open communication channels to strengthen trust and reduce attrition.COMPENSATION, BENEFITS & COMPLIANCEManage annual salary reviews, promotions, and adjustments in close partnership with Rewards and in alignment with local benchmarks.-
Oversee compensation & benefits administration to ensure fairness, competitiveness, and compliance with labor legislation.-
Ensure accurate, timely delivery of HR processes (payroll, contracts, union relations) while safeguarding compliance with local laws and company standards.HR OPERATIONS & DIGITAL ENABLEMENTExecute seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences that reflect brand values and comply with internal and legal requirements.-
Ensure HR data accuracy and integrity in SAP for org structures, headcount, and employee records.-
Leverage digital HR tools, analytics, and dashboards to monitor key metrics (turnover, absenteeism, engagement, performance)
