As Delinea continues to scale, we’re expanding our high-impact Talent Acquisition team with a **Senior Recruiter** based in **Mexico City**. This role is a critical partner in accelerating our growth across **Engineering and Product**, working closely with both **local and U.S. based stakeholders** to attract and secure top technical talent.
**What You’ll Own**:
- ** Strategic partnership with hiring leaders**: Collaborate with executives and managers to deeply understand headcount needs, team dynamics, and role requirements
- ** Sourcing leadership**: Design and execute creative, data-driven sourcing strategies to engage passive talent in niche, competitive technical markets
- ** Stakeholder influence**: Advise hiring teams with market insights, pipeline health, and funnel analytics, establishing yourself as a trusted talent partner
- ** Recruitment marketing & branding**: Support and contribute to campaigns that amplify Delinea’s employer brand and attract world-class engineering talent
**What You Bring**:
- ** 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience**, ideally in high-growth tech environments
- A track record of success hiring top-tier technical talent in competitive markets
- Ability to build lasting, trust-based relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders




- Strong communication skills with a consultative approach and business-first mindset
- Agility in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities and scaling needs
**Location & Flexibility**:
This role is **based in our Mexico City office (Reforma)** with a **hybrid schedule**: Three days in-office (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday), with optional remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
