**Position Summary**:
Restore the original contour of the parts using abrasive stones and discs following the techniques established in the work instructions.
**Duties**:
1. To observe the labor practices given by the company's Code of Ethics and internal work regulations.
2. To follow the work instructions established in the Procedures manual.
3. To follow work instructions and identify abnormal situations.
4. Register executed tasks in order to keep track.
5. Prove qualification with at least one or more of the following tasks: Blend, belt sand, Gritblast, twist, shot peen, marking, ring assembly, cut off and or hot form.
6. All those activities inherent and/or related to their work, as well as the task of their category.
7. Adhere to standardized word activities, as well as actively participate in their continuous improvement according to the needs of the business.
8. Certain other activities or responsibilities inherent to the position.
**Requirements**:
- Ability in comprehension reading, preferably basic knowledge of machines and tools,



documentation management and ability to follow work instructions.
- Formal education: Junior High
- Proof knowledge of at least 1 basic operation
- Blend or Gridblast.
- More than 1 month in the operation.
- Achieve the Cell TAKT Time as well as the required quality.
Sumario de la Posición
Restaurar el contorno original de las piezas utilizando piedras y discos de material abrasivo y técnicas establecidas en las instrucciones de trabajo.
**Tareas**:
1. Observar las prácticas de trabajo dictadas por la ética de la compañía y las reglas internas de trabajo.
2. Seguir las instrucciones de trabajo establecidas en los Manuales de Procedimientos.
3. Seguir instrucciones de trabajo al pie de la letra e identificar situaciones anormales.
4. Registrar los trabajos ejecutados para mantener rastreabilidad.
5. Acreditar conocimientos para efectuar una o más de las tareas escritas a continuación: Pulido manual, pulido con banda, limpieza con arena, twist, shot peen, marcado, ensamblado de anillo, cut off y/o hot form.
6. Todas aquellas actividades inherentes y/o relacionadas con su trabajo, así como las labores propias de su categoría.
7. Apegarse a las actividades de trabajo estandarizado, así como participar activamente en su mejora continua de acuerdo a las necesidades del negocio.
8. Algunas otras actividades o responsabilidades inherentes al puesto.
Los deberes marginales y responsabilidades (realizados de vez en cuando o a intervalos irregulares) para esta posición son:
- Auditorias
- Eventos Kaizen
**Requisitos**:
- Conocimientos: Habilidad en lectura de comprensión, seguimiento de instrucciones escritas, preferentemente conocimientos básicos de máquinas y herramientas y habilidad para seguir instrucciones de trabajo.
- Acreditar conocimiento de al menos 1 operación básica
- Blend o Arenado.
- Más de 1 mes en la operación.
- Alcanzar el TAKT Time de la Celda así como la calidad requerida.
