IT Project Manager: We are looking for an IT Project Manager who will manage IT projects delivery specially in Applications and Systems to join our team of Changemakers. Does that sound like you?

This role contributes to Nouryon’s digital and operational excellence by driving value-adding initiatives across the integral organization.
**In your future role as an IT Project Manager you will...**
Project Leadership:
- Coordinate cross-functional internal teams and external vendors
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations
- Oversee IT supplier performance to meet scope, quality, timeline, and budget
Project Execution & Delivery:
- Develop and manage project plans following PMO standards and best practices
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to keep projects on track
- Lead governance, reporting, and change control processes
- Communicate effectively with sponsors and stakeholders
Test & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure testing strategies (manual/automated) are embedded throughout project phases
- Collaborate with compliance and quality teams to meet regulatory and internal standards
Process & Methodology:
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project and portfolio management practices (PPM)




- Utilize tools such as ServiceNow for Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
**We believe you bring**
- 5+ years of IT project management in global and complex environments
- Solid experience with SAP landscapes and SAP project delivery
- Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management capabilities
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
- Understanding of test management practices and tools
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoke
**Great if you have**
- Experience in the chemicals or manufacturing industry
- Hands on experience with ServiceNow for PPM
- Understanding of regulatory, compliance, and cybersecurity implications within IT project delivery
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

- Knowledgeable in IT systems, infrastructure, cloud technologies, and integration
- Bachelor or Master degree IT, Business Administration or related field
- Preferred certifications PMO (PMI), Scrum Master, SAFe or equivalent
