**Deployment Lead (Monterrey & Mexico City)**
We are looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy **Deployment Lead** to drive the implementation of advanced software and AI solutions on manufacturing production lines across Latin America. This role is essential to ensure seamless integration and successful adoption of our technology, delivering tangible value to our clients.
As the main point of contact for 4-5 key accounts, you will manage the full deployment lifecycle—from planning and technical assessment to execution and go-live support. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver on project goals and build strong, long-term relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead full deployment projects including technical scoping, procurement coordination, AI/ML integration, and operational handoffs
- Serve as the single point of contact for assigned accounts, managing expectations and driving projects to completion
- Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams, providing regular progress updates and documentation
- Use project management tools (e.g., Jira) to track tasks, milestones, and next steps
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and customer success teams
- Troubleshoot issues on-site, replicate technical challenges, and coordinate resolutions effectively
**Requirements**:




- 0-6 years of experience in manufacturing deployment, industrial engineering, or technical project management
- Strong understanding of factory automation systems (PLCs, SCADA), data integration, and basic AI/ML workflows
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to operate in fast-paced, hands-on environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; basic SQL or scripting knowledge is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ** Intermediate to advanced English** (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- ** Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time** to client sites across **Latin America** (e.g., Argentina, Chile, Brazil)
- Comfortable with **30% on-site/in-office** work when not traveling
