6-10 years as HR Business Partner driving talent and workforce strategy.Strong experience in employee relations, talent processes, and HR compliance. A successful HRBP should have:
Advanced English proficiency.
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven HR experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance requirements.
Ability to build strong relationships and provide strategic HR guidance to senior stakeholders.
Data-oriented mindset with ability to leverage HR insights for informed business actions.
Proficiency in creating and implementing HR strategies to enhance organizational performance.
