Manages and/or operating manufacturing machinery, including:
- Inspection, and operation of machining and finished products
- Repair & maintenance of machine shop operations and inspecting finished parts, tools, and dies against specified tolerances
- Reviewing work orders and scheduling resources
- Monitoring and adjusting machine shop tool/equipment setups, calibrations, and alignments where required
Requires advanced knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience and may require vocational or technical education. Responsibilities may include: - Working under limited supervision for non-routine situations and may be responsible for leading daily operations. - Training, delegating and reviewing the work of lower level employees. - Problems are typically difficult and non-routine but not complex.

PLC’s (Omron Cx-One and RS-Logix/Studio 5000 HMI programming (Cx Designer and Factory Talk View) Skills to document the control of changes on manufacturing equipment’s. Abilities to program Servo drives English: Spoken and Written 80 % Knowledge of basic requirements of FDA QSR's GMP's and ISO 13485 or similar regulations, preferred. Analyze and problems solving of equipment required. Self-directed regarding problems related to automation
