We’re looking for a skilled Facilities Coordinator to ensure our facilities are safe, efficient, and well-maintained. If you’re proactive, organized, and technically sharp—this is your chance to make a real impact.
**What You’ll Do**
- **Facility Maintenance & Repairs**: Oversee upkeep of building systems, appliances, and outdoor areas; coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.
- **Vendor & Contractor Management**: Build and manage relationships with service providers (cleaning, security, HVAC, etc.) ensuring high-quality, cost-effective services.
- **Strategic Planning & Budgeting**: Support facility upgrades and improvements; assist in developing and managing maintenance budgets.
- **Reporting & Communication**: Provide clear updates to management on operations, expenses, and projects.
- **Safety & Compliance Oversight**: Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Promote a culture of safety.
- **Inventory & Resource Management**: Maintain records of tools, equipment, and supplies; ensure resources are available and properly stored.
**What We’re Looking For**




- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or related field
- 5+ years’ hands-on experience in facilities operations, including HVAC and plumbing systems
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- **Strong written and verbal English skills - mandatory**:
- Experience collaborating with vendors, contractors, and property managers
- Deep understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
