Bring your experience in Materials and Equipment to support daily production operations, improve performance on the daily production plan and implement our learning through play in your job.
**Play your part in our team success!**
The Materials and Equipment Coordinator exist for help to administrate information and reports of materials and equipment area in 4 shifts. Guide and caution molding area staff who transgress internal work policies and take appropriate decisions for the benefit of the company.
**Core Responsibilities**
Tracking and updating of KPI´s on time, secure adequate resources in the team for the accomplishment of the production plan and respond efficiently to changes in Production plans. Make sure the Moulding Materials and Equipment area complies with established safety, quality and cost, provide information needed daily team performance Materials and Equipment, participate in daily production meetings.
Participate in lean activities related to the area like PPS, RIE, DMAICS, CPT. Responsibility to manage production floor if Supervisor is not on premises, provide support, participate proactively and demonstrate leadership on QEHS in your area. Comply with the guidelines established in the processes in Global and Local way to fulfill the requirements of the OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 & ISO 9001.
Deliver on time and schedule the established processes and procedures related to the environmental care, including the correct waste handling and recycling, as well as the correct use of all resources like water and electricity, report any missing material for achieving these processes in the right form, also participate with any continuous improvement ideas focused on the environmental care.

- Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
- 2 years of experience in manufacturing jobs (related to plastic desirable), basic experience in administration.
- Command of production processes, Proactive, interpersonal relationships, tools to solve problems in a practical way, verbal and written communication, analytic and leadership.
- PC Intermediate, Office Skills.English Intermediate - Level.
**Note: This position is based at our LEGO Operaciones de Mexico manufacturing factory located in Cienega de Flores, NL This is not a remote position.**
