On-site**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Following up and communicate with internal and external customers to ensure prompt and on-time payment of receivables and resolution of disputed open items
- Make decisions about order releases, as well as credit limits.
- Maintaining accurate collection files as well as maintaining electronic collection notes for each customer account and take actions to avoid past due invoices.
- Follow up on discrepancies with Customer Service & Sales team to reduce impact on collection
- Identifying root causes on why invoices are not paidFollow Danfoss AR processes correctly ensuring standards and KPIs.
