**What We Offer**
- $6.00 USD/hour + bonuses.

**Responsibilities**:
**What You’ll Do**
- Call and connect with warm leads gathered through our community outreach efforts.
- Schedule estate planning consultations with families who need our help.
- Confidently make cold calls to homeowners in English when needed.
- Engage in conversations that matter — helping families take the first step in protecting their loved ones.
- Log quick notes in our CRM to keep everything organized and moving forward.
**Qualifications**:
**What We’re Looking For**




- ** Bilingual (Spanish/English)** - able to easily switch between languages.
- ** High energy, goal-oriented personality** - you love challenges and hitting targets.
- Strong phone presence - persuasive, enthusiastic, and confident.
- Reliable, disciplined, and ready to show up every day with focus.
- Available to call between **9 AM - 11 AM PST**, Monday through Friday.
