Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage production schedules, material requirements, and inventory control.
- Coordinate with PRC and suppliers, warehouse, and production to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Optimize warehouse layout and logistics processes to improve efficiency.
- Lead the logistics team for both inbound and outbound operations.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and implement improvement plans.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field
- 10+ years experience in PMC or warehouse management
- Excellent in production schedule and production resource organization2 / 4TTP Mexico Plant Job Descriptions
- Familiar with SAP, MES and WMS system, and good hands-on ability
- Good at resource organization, communication and coordination
- Familiar with plastic injection parts, metal parts ,electronic parts and wire harness
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
