**Main Responsibilities**:
- Design, implement, and oversee **HR policies and processes** across the organization.
- Lead **recruitment, selection, and talent retention** strategies.
- Manage **payroll, compensation, and benefits**, ensuring legal compliance.
- Handle **labor relations**, employee issues, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and monitor **training, performance evaluation, and career development programs**.
- Ensure compliance with the **Federal Labor Law**, **IMSS**, **INFONAVIT**, and other local regulations.
- Promote initiatives that enhance **organizational culture, engagement, and well-being**.
- Collaborate closely with **executive leadership** and international teams.
- Supervise and mentor the HR and administrative staff.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in **Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field** (Master’s degree preferred).
- **Minimum of 5 years of experience** in Human Resources, including **at least 2 years in a managerial position**.




- Proven experience in **international or growing organizations**.
- **Advanced English proficiency (mandatory)** — ability to communicate with international management.
- **Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.**:
- Strong knowledge of **Mexican labor laws**, **IMSS**, **INFONAVIT**, **IDSE**, **SUA**, and **NOM-035**.
- Experience designing and executing **organizational development strategies**.
