**Account Manager — Menu Design (Remote, Mexico)**
We are a fast-growing Silicon Valley startup transforming how restaurants design and optimize their menus. We help hundreds of restaurants boost revenue, elevate guest experience, and run more efficiently.
**The Role**
You’re the steady hand and friendly face for our clients—from kickoff to final “print-ready.” You’ll translate a restaurant’s brand and goals into crisp creative briefs, keep projects moving, and make sure every menu we deliver is on-brand, on-time, and on-point.
**What You’ll Do**
- Be the primary point of contact for restaurant clients getting their menus redesigned
- Turn goals, preferences, and brand guidelines into clear, actionable briefs
- Orchestrate the full lifecycle: concept → revisions → approval → handoff
- Partner daily with design and sales to hit deadlines and exceed expectations
- Run reviews, gather feedback, and approve final files that meet our standards
- Guard quality: readability, pricing logic, consistency, and compliance

- Deep familiarity with **U.S. restaurants/hospitality** and how real menus work

Pay: $23,200.00 - $32,000.00 per month
