- The purpose of the role is to resolve, maintain and manage client’s software/ hardware/ network based on the service requests raised from the end-user as per the defined SLA’s ensuring client satisfaction**͏**:

- Handle Ownership of Databases and provide Level 3 DBA support for designated servers.- Database Build, Upgradation, Patching, Migration activities.
- Process/Performance improvement, Database stability improvement.
- Setup Oracle Data Guard and troubleshot data sync issues.
- Strong Backup and Restore strategies during disaster scenario. RMAN Optimization.
