**Executive Compensation Consultant**

This full-time hybrid position is based in our Mexico City office, with flexible work options available after initial training. The role supports multiple business areas and a phenomenal opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team in our Global Capability Center.
**What the day will look like**

Our compensation consultants investigate various companies to analyze and extract actionable data related to compensation for our clients.
- Research and analyze competitive compensation practices in a defined labor market with the support of expert colleagues as mentors.
- Perform specialized research studies on a range of compensation topics with access to Aon's general data.
- Analyze and interpret data and prepare summary reports for internal and external presentations.
- Maintain and update compensation and financial databases to allow colleagues quick and reliable access to important information.




** Skills and experience that will lead to success**
A few skills that will help you succeed include:
- Prior experience in executive compensation is highly valued.
- Experience working with executive clients will ease your learning curve.
- Strong quantitative and interpersonal skills, with a curiosity for learning.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, VBA, Word, PowerPoint).
- Creative problem-solving and ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced settings.
- English level Proficiency C1.
