**Your Impact**
As Digital Product Manager your scope would consist of:
**Responsibilities**:
- Support product strategy and direction; define and prioritize product requirements, features and functionality across portfolio with product managers
- Support key stakeholders, business engagement, and product managers to socialize product plans and requirements, research, brainstorm and validate new functionality, and address any product issues
- Support the technical vision alongside engineering team and executive management, influence, and lead cross-functional teams on strategic product direction
- Support driving the lifecycle of all products, from inception and build to commercialization and adoption, ensuring the continuous improvement of products
- Support the vision, interpret global business needs,

Product Strategy and Roadmap:
- Develop a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap
User Research and Requirements Gathering:
- Partner with our Service Design team to engage with users to understand their preferences, pain points, and expectations regarding brand loyalty programs.
- Translate user needs and requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
Feature Definition and Prioritization:
- Collaborate with design and development teams to define and prioritize features that enhance the product experience
- Work closely with stakeholders to manage expectations and align feature prioritization with business objectives.
Agile Development and Project Management:
- Utilize Agile methodologies to drive the product development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution of the product roadmap and timely delivery of features.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
User Experience and Engagement:
- Conduct usability tests, A/B testing, and other user feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the app's user experience.
Data Analysis and Optimization:




- Utilize analytics tools to monitor user behavior, engagement, and conversion rates among users.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions regarding feature updates, user flows, and overall app performance.
Compensation & Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $89,000 - $149,000.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in quantitative or engineering related field preferred; Master’s degree preferred
**Experience**
- 5+ years of product management focused on enterprise or supply chain with experience creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a highly-matrixed environment
- Experience building and launching products from ideation through launch and revision.
Skills, Abilities, Knowledge:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to influence and demonstrate confidence in communications with senior level management
- Proven track record of overseeing a portfolio of multiple projects
- Positive and adaptable attitude to enable adjusting to different needs in an ever-changing environment
- Strong knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, experience working with multiple scrum teams on simultaneous builds
- Proactively drives impact and engagement while bringing others along
