Trading from North America: Trade US markets from your local time — the NYSE opens at 8:30am CT and closes mid-afternoon. Trading from elsewhere in North America gives you near‐perfect overlap with US markets — same or adjacent time zones, same trading day, no schedule gymnastics.
Build consistency and scale capital based on performance
Profit split of 65% to 90% based on performance tier
Performance‐based capital scaling, with no upper cap
Professional training and mentorship from active traders
Fully remote work — trade from anywhere with reliable internet
This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Compensation is a profit‐split on trading performance, with no base salary. Top‐tier traders earn 90% of their net trading profits.
