Balam Technologies is hiring Junior Robotics Commissioning Engineers / Technicians to support the integration and commissioning of automotive robotic production lines in the U.S.
The role includes:

**Location**
United States - Automotive manufacturing plants
100% on-site, with travel and extended stays during integration, commissioning, and production ramp-up phases.
- Integration at system integrator facilities
- On-site commissioning at OEM plants
- Technical support during production ramp-up
This is a field execution role, not a design or leadership position.

**Key responsibilities**
- Participate in the start-up and commissioning of industrial robots
- Load, test, and validate existing robot programs
- Perform basic TCP, frame, and path adjustments
- Bin picking
- Welding cells
- Pick & place systems
- Identify, document, and report mechanical or sequence deviations
- Provide on-site technical support during production ramp-up
**Minimun requirements**
- Basic knowledge of industrial robotics
- Basic teach pendant programming experience
- General understanding of industrial mechanical systems
- Academic experience, internships, or early projects in robotics or automation
**Mandatory - TN Visa eligibility**




- Bachelor’s / Engineering degree in robotics, mechatronics, automation, electronics, or mechanical engineering
OR
- Technical degree / Higher Technical Diploma related to robotics or automation
(documentable for TN Visa under Engineer, Technologist, or Technician category)
**Languages**
- Technical English - intermediate (required)
- Spanish - preferred
**Working conditions**
- On-site work at automotive plants
- Frequent travel
- Extended working hours during critical commissioning phases
**Compensation & growth structure**
This is an entry-level position with a structured compensation approach:
- All hires begin at an initial base level aligned with early-career profiles
- A formal technical and performance review is conducted after the first 90 days
- Base salary adjustments may be made based on demonstrated capability in:
- Robot commissioning execution
- On-site performance, safety, and reliability
