**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
The **Innovation Operations Analyst**is responsible of supporting the PBNA Integration Team during the commercialization and scale-up phase of Product Innovation Projects through document input and maintenance as well as report creation. This role involves working cross functionaly, adapt fast to changes in timelines and deadlines and being able to influence others to complete tasks.
**Your Impact**
- Prepare and issue production advices and other Supply Chain communications to authorize manufacturing changes and update systems with new product information.
- Coordinate with US stakeholders to prepare documentation, source missing data, and troubleshoot issues within the innovation process.
- Create reports and communicate to stakeholders.
- Upload, maintain, and refresh data sources and reporting tools for the commercialization team.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to the role.




uSpport special requests from our stakeholders involved in the innovation process.
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, Business or related field.
- Intermediate to Advance Excel skills for data extracts, analysis and reporting. (required)
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills to effectively interact across levels. (required)
- Task Prioritization by effectively managing time-sensitive projects and competing priorities with minimum guidance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Shows a strong ability to influence and collaborate in a cross functional team environment.
- Must be detail and results oriented with strong execution skills.
