**Your Job**
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will ensure the effective flow of materials throughout all warehouse operations while maintaining inventory accuracy and a well-trained team. You will be responsible for ensuring productivity targets are met and that all processes run safely, efficiently, and in alignment with organizational standards.
**Our Team**
You will be part of warehouse organization in Guadalajara, supporting multiple warehouse locations and collaborating closely with Shipping, Distribution Center, Production, Planning, Logistics, Finance, Customs, and Purchasing areas. The team operates across the Main Warehouse, Montenegro, and the Distribution Center.
**What You Will Do**
- Lead daily warehouse operations across all shifts, ensuring smooth coordination of receiving, put-away, warehousing, distribution, and **inventory accuracy.**:
- Develop and implement metrics to control warehouse processes and optimize space utilization.
- Build and maintain effective delivery models to ensure timely material flow to production, including Kanban, 2-bin systems, and reorder point methodologies.
- Collaborate with Purchasing to expedite material receipts, resolve invoice discrepancies, and support urgent needs.
- Communicate material issues that may impact production plans in a timely manner.
- Maintain inventory reliability by ensuring accuracy in system transactions, movement controls, and cycle counts.
- Manage warehouse operations in alignment with company policies, procedures, and organizational vision.
- Recruit, develop, coach, and motivate warehouse personnel to achieve operational excellence.




- Ensure proper use of warehouse resources and adherence to preventive maintenance for equipment such as forklifts, docks, ramps, and scanners.
- Provide ongoing team training and ensure correct system access practices.
- Guarantee compliance with work instructions, processes, audit findings, and corrective actions.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Professional degree.
- At least 5 years of experience, including proven **experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.**:
- Demonstrated ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to manage and develop staff.
- Expertise in warehouse procedures, best practices, and 5S implementation.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Service-oriented mindset, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, SUMPRODUCT, pivot tables, charts) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability for adaptable scheduling.
- Knowledge of Lean and Visual Management principles.
**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Engineering degree.
- Experience in Production Control and/or Planning.
- Strong knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
