Event & Catering Assistant
Quince Rooftop | San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato

Quince Rooftop is looking for an organized, energetic, and service-oriented Event & Catering Assistant to support the planning and execution of private events, celebrations, and catering services.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning and coordinating private events and catering services
- Communicate with clients and follow up on inquiries and event details
- Prepare event proposals, timelines, and function sheets
- Coordinate with operations, kitchen, bar, and service teams
- Ensure all event details are executed according to company standards
- Support on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Maintain organized records, contracts, and event documentation
- Help identify opportunities to increase event sales and guest satisfaction

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality, events, catering, or restaurant operations preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills




- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Positive attitude and passion for hospitality
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Advanced English and Spanish required
