GMS is seeking a Level 2 Support Engineer – Network APIs Platform to support the day-to-day operation, troubleshooting, monitoring and maintenance of our cloud-native Network APIs platform for LATAM. Fluent Spanish and English are required.
You will collaborate with enterprise customers, Mobile Network Operators, platform engineering teams, and technology partners across Mexico and LATAM, performing incident management, onboarding, API integrations, testing, and automation tasks.
