**Needed Expertise**

- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Clear written communication in English
- Comfortable managing calendars and shifting priorities
- High sense of ownership and follow-through
- Comfortable in a remote, fast-paced environment
**Not Required But Nice To Have Expertise**

- Previous internship or coordination experience
- Exposure to recruiting or people teams
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Notion, Figma, or ATS tools
